I seem to remember someone writing up some posting rules for the list. One of the rules was not to post a certain number of times a day or a certain number of posts within an hour of each other. If someone broke the posting rule a kitten would be killed.

I was thinking the comment was a reference to those rules and you posting against those "rules", not to you being a feline.

When I have more time I'll see if I can find the rules online. Or maybe someone knows already and can post a link.

To the group: I'm sorry to drag this out but I need to respond.

Who else can this be? I seem to be the only "feline" active.

Why are you continuing this childish nonsense? Upsetting everyone and
really, (this is the objective) bullying others into silence for fear
they will be next.

This is a TALK group.

This is what I replied to Phyto_me's post #36336 last night and I
guess I need to repeat it again:

Catbead, I think that the point of the post was misunderstood. I
didn't read it as a personal attack of your posting. I think they
were trying to explain that the posts about kiiling felines had
nothing to do with you personally or using a feline moniker. I
think they just wanted to show you that it was a reference to an
old joke about cats and excessive posting and not at all about
you, Catbead posting. I think they just wanted you to know it
wasn't a personal attack on you.

I'm willing to let it go at that.
